Michael has 17 years of industry experience and holds both the Chartered Financial Analyst® and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA®) designations.
Prior to EverPar Advisors, he was First Vice President and Principal of The Koski Christian Silberg Group at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, and before that an Investment Specialist in J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank where he advised clients on asset allocation, investment selection, security analysis and alternative investments. He began his career at BOK Financial where he worked in multiple lines of business including commercial banking, alternative investments and private wealth management.
Michael is a graduate of Oklahoma State University where he majored in Economics and was a member of the varsity wrestling team which won NCAA national titles in 2003, 2004 and 2005. He was also a 1st Team Academic All-Big XII and member of the President’s Honor Roll.
He and his family are members of St. John’s Episcopal Church and are actively involved in many civic and philanthropic organizations. Mr. Christian was an Executive Board Member of the Tulsa Metro Chamber, President of Tulsa’s Young Professionals (TYPROS), Founding board member of the Downtown Coordinating Council and helped start The Forge, a business incubator for local entrepreneurs. Michael is a past president of the Booker T. Washington High School Foundation for Excellence and is currently overseeing a multi-million capital campaign for the school. In his spare time, Michael is an avid cycling enthusiast.

Prior to EverPar Advisors, David spent 20 years at UBS where he focused on providing tailored wealth management solutions, estate and financial planning strategies, asset allocation analyses and other strategies to help high-net-worth clients achieve financial well-being.
As fourth generation landowners in southeast Kansas, his family proudly grows and markets an abundant supply of wheat, corn, and soybeans. He now assists with the land management aspects of his family’s business. David is also involved in philanthropic endeavors, including serving on the board of The NEHI Research Foundation and being a member of the Finance Committee at Monte Cassino private school.
David and his wife, Sheila, have two sons Kinsler (age 11) and Sutton (age 9). He enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his boys’ sports teams, and playing tennis and golf. His family are members at the Tulsa Tennis Club and Oaks Country Club.
Lorri Ann has worked in the financial services industry since 1986. She began her career as a Client Service Associate with Smith Barney. In 1988, Lorri Ann joined UBS Financial Services where she acquired her series 7 and participated in the Financial Advisor training program. In 2001, Lorri Ann transitioned into a management role at UBS after acquiring her series 9 & 10 licenses. She served as both the Administrative Manager and later as the Oklahoma Market Area Manager at UBS before she retired in 2021. Looking for a new adventure, Lorri Ann jumped at the opportunity to join EverPar as a Client Service Administrator.
Lorri Ann is very passionate about her family. She and her husband, Randy, love to spend time with their two grandchildren Parker and Sailor. Lorri Ann has a great love for all animals, holding a license in Oklahoma Wildlife rehabilitation, and her family includes their dog Rubie, two parrots named Charlie and Doris and a rescue possum named Virgil. In her spare time, Lorri Ann enjoys traveling, tennis and gardening.

Courtney believes that having a plan, the right plan, is a powerful tool. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and earned the Accredited Asset Management Specialist™ designation, reinforcing her commitment to being highly qualified as she helps clients develop a plan to secure their financial future and attain their goals.
Courtney always wanted to be an accountant. But that was a stepping stone toward a career path she didn’t know existed. After being introduced to the financial services industry, her decision to pursue an advising career was fueled by her conviction that she could add value to her clients’ lives by applying her well-honed financial management skills.
Prior to EverPar, Courtney served as Financial Advisor at Raymond James. Before that she was CFO to startup Soma Access Systems, Wetsco and MD MedTech, giving her broad expertise in the manufacturing and medical equipment fields. In addition, as a managing shareholder and CFO of MD MedTech from 2016 to 2018, she was responsible for all the financial activities of the company as well as the overall strategic direction as part of its executive management team.
Courtney is a Tulsa native who earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from Oklahoma State University. Her philanthropic heart led her to being the founding President of the National Charity League, Bixby Chapter, an organization she is still actively involved with, and she is an alumna of Kappa Alpha Theta. Courtney is a foodie, travel buff and sports fan. When she’s away from the office, she enjoys scoping out new food spots and cheering on all her kids’ sports. She and her husband, Jonathan, have three children.

Tim has over 35 years of experience and achievement in financial services and holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® certification (CIMA®) from Wharton School of Business University of Pennsylvania.
Prior to EverPar Advisors, he served as Principal of The Koski Christian Silberg Group and Executive Director at Morgan Stanley — a title held by a very small number of advisors and is awarded based on the success of his practice and the maintenance of high standards of personal conduct. Tim also spent 12 years in investment management at JPMorgan, as well as the first 12 years of his financial career working with business owners as a commercial lender.
Tim grew up in South Bend, Indiana and earned his undergraduate degree in finance from Grand Valley State University and MBA from Indiana University.
Mr. Koski married a Tulsa native and moved to Oklahoma in 1998. He and his wife, Natasha, have two sons and have been happily married for 30 years and live in south Tulsa. They are active in their church and mentor adults struggling with drug and alcohol addiction through a program by the name of Hope is Alive. Tim and Natasha enjoy fishing and boating on Grand Lake of the Cherokees.
Kerri is a Senior Registered service associate who has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Working closely with our advisors, she serves the needs of many clients and is attuned to listening to and resolving their concerns and needs.
Kerri’s experience has given her a robust knowledge of various investment products, trading and compliance. A skillful problem solver, Kerri is a tremendous resource for all operational questions and issues, drawing from her knowledge of the financial industry to assess the best solution for each situation. You can feel confident in contacting Kerri with any issue or concern.
Kerri is a native Tulsan, and in her free time loves traveling anywhere with a beach and spending quality time with friends and family. An avid football fan, she cheers for her Sooners any chance she gets.

Craig has worked in the financial services industry since 1986 and enjoys helping families achieve their life goals through financial planning. His investment recommendations are based on this planning and his service model provides regularly scheduled calls with his clients.
Prior to EverPar Advisors, he served as a Senior Vice President at Morgan Stanley and Principal of The Koski Christian Silberg Group. In addition to a total of 11 years at Morgan Stanley, Craig spent eight years at UBS, several years as a private banker and bond trader, and ran the trading desk at Bank of Oklahoma.
Craig is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma. He is passionate about causes, active in the Tulsa Community, and spends much of his spare time working on the board of directors for non-profits. He has chaired the Alzheimer’s Association, served as President of Congregation B’nai Emunah Synagogue and President of Booker T. Washington Foundation for Excellence three terms. He enjoys playing tennis and keeps an active lifestyle. Craig resides in Tulsa with his wife, Mindy. They have five daughters.
